3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajii login credentials. bajii will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full financial account details via any channel. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a bajii account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unmet bonus offers expire as stated in the individual offer terms. bajii is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bajii's sportsbook are subject to availability and may be accepted or declined at bajii's discretion. bajii reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market, event, or selection without prior notice.
6.2 Odds Changes. Odds displayed on bajii are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds applicable at the time the wager is confirmed and displayed in your bajii betting slip history. bajii is not responsible for odds displayed due to technical errors.
6.3 Void Bets. bajii reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned; the outcome is declared void by the relevant governing body; market pricing errors occurred due to a technical fault; or evidence of match manipulation is identified. All voided bets are settled at the original stake returned to the player's wallet.
6.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. In-play markets may be suspended during wickets, rain delays, and DRS reviews. bajii is not liable for bets placed during a brief window where live odds are technically visible but the market has been suspended.
6.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets. All disputes regarding sports bet settlements must be submitted via bajii's support channel within 30 days of the event's conclusion. bajii's decision on disputed sports betting settlements is final subject to the dispute process outlined in Section 15.
7.1 Game Fairness. These limits are specified within each game and in applicable promotional terms. bajii reserves the right to cap winnings at published maximum limits and is not obligated to pay amounts exceeding these caps.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajii platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
bajii reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated winnings, to withhold deposits pending investigation, and to report relevant activity to applicable authorities.
9.1 Verification Requirement. bajii is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. bajii may request identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review threshold.
9.2 Required Documents. bajii may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification: a government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC, NICOP, or passport), proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership. 9.4 Failed Verification. All content on the bajii platform — including but not limited to the bajii brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bajii or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bajii platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the bajii platform's intellectual property without bajii's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bajii's intellectual property may result in account closure, civil liability, or both.
12.1 No Warranty. bajii provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajii makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any part of the platform.
12.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajii's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Damages. bajii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bajii platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bajii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Force Majeure. bajii is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events outside bajii's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
bajii collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a bajii account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bajii applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard data security practices to protect player information.
bajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the bajii platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or to address a security concern.
Your continued use of the bajii platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
